Life on high intensity

The way I challenge myself is the way I grow. Last month was totally crazy for me: so many events, people, feelings, endings and new beginnings, a glimpse of a carousel trip in real space and time.

It was the 26 of March when I left Brasov for Sovata where the National Congress was taking place. It was just after the official Take Over when leaving behind the team that I cared so much about seemed so hard. For the first time I had my new team next to me, the ones that I feel like having so much to learn, the ones I trust on having the motivation and respect for this organization to take it where it has to be.

One down, National Congress over. One night to clear up my mind and then Bulgaria - here I come. I have done the step that I dreamed so much about, the one that was making my heart beat faster: I facilitated my first international conference. At this point there is nothing more clearly for me than the fact that people are the ones that will give color to your experience; I’ll not remember memories but friends. Thank each and every person that had a contribution to SpringCo Bulgaria 2009.

Two down, one more to come … Regional Training Seminar. From Bulgaria directly to Timisoara, 2 days spent with my sweet friend Bic :)and meeting the unexpected. Because of technical issues I changed overnight my role from facilitator for a conference with 3 LCs, to a conference manager and chair “assistant” for a conference with 2 LC’s. Challenge I’m up to you but give me some reaction time! I felt that someone hates me but that someone had something in mind with me. I started with a team of facilitators that I felt like didn’t had the greatest respect for meJ, a chair that had no idea about chairing and nothing close to a rested mind. I ended up with a bunch of sweet friends that I can’t wait to meet and work with again, the feeling of achieving something great and nothing close to a rested mind and body.

It’s 20 of April and I’m moving from a check point to another… preparing for EB Days, LTS, Presidents Meeting and all this with a big challenge for my soul and mind.
